The day culminates with a visit to a local winery, where normally the owner himself will take you on a private tour of the estate, followed by a delightful wine tastig.

"Culture, gastronomy, and good friends—what more could you ask for! The three of us booked this tour, and our private guide, Camillo, picked us up at our Airbnb and we started the tour heading to Toledo. The itinerary was well-planned, and we made a stop to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Once in Toledo, we visited the Cathedral, which was stunning, and it also houses some amazing artworks, including one by El Greco that you absolutely cannot miss. We were interested in buying some handmade gold jewelry, and Camillo took us to a shop where we were able to purchase a few pieces. Afterward, we saw another painting by El Greco and visited the Synagogue. From there, we went to the winery and learned a lot about Spanish wines. They were incredible—I had no idea such great wine was produced in Toledo. The food was just as good, we had a tasty cold soup similar to but creamier than gazpacho, a salad with roasted red pepper, an oxtail stew and of course, a delicious wine and the dessert was wonderful as well. Finally, we stopped to see the windmills and learned how they work. We highly recommend this tour!."

Airport pick-up. Yes, but you must be ready for pick-up at the airport by 9:00 AM at the latest. If this isn’t feasible, we recommend booking the tour for the following day. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
